About

Sofia Alana ('Sofia' on the artist signature) is a self-taught artist creating contemporary art, mainly paintings. Always inspired by nature, Sofia's art is always original, unique, and special. Sofia's artworks were painted spontaneously, in other words, with impromptu technique; and with unique colors mixed from primary hues. Each painting begins with ideas, then straight onto the canvas the brushstrokes go, along with expression, imagination, and creativity throughout. Every painting process is a journey; with exploration along the way, and experience in every step. Originality is always one of the main characteristics of Sofia's artworks. Every artwork is a one-of-a-kind piece, uniquely painted with attention to detail.
